New Score: Nausea, The Order of Things
Dear Travellers, it gives us great pleasure to promote nausea—with a capital N.
Gnus, Besede in reči (Nausea, The Order of Things), the first collaboration between director Matjaž Berger and Silence, opens on Friday, May 17 at Anton Podbevšek Teater. The play—a staging of Jean-Paul Sartre's renowned existentialist novel, La Nausée—features an original score by Silence. Moreover, the duet is to make a guest appearance on stage to perform an adaptation of Some of These Days by Shelton Brooks. The song, published in 1910, has been covered by numerous artists from various musical genres, most notably by Sophie Tucker.
